In other news, can you believe it’s December?!!? I mean, where oh where has the time gone. It really just seems like the other day we were all celebrating New Years. As for me, it feels just like yesterday that I was skiing the slopes of Killington Mountain in Vermont. Oh wait, that WAS yesterday!
Yes, in Vermont the ski season began quite early. Skiers and riders from all ability levels started the season early at Killington as they opened the first week in November! Can you imagine?!? The past couple of weeks I have been up there religiously, were you expecting otherwise? I am a nut about skiing after all.
Conditions have been outstanding, and the resort has really turned into an absolute playground! Killington is nicknamed “The Beast of the East” and it’s no wonder why. They currently have the most open terrain than any other mountain on the east coast! I’m just so lucky to have such a short drive to it.
